Grant Opportunity Announcement
The Center for Integrative Planetary Science announces competition for its
mini-grant program. CIPS mini-grants will be used to support outstanding
research in planetary science (broadly defined).
- Interdepartmental collaboration is encouraged.
Research proposals of 1 page will be accepted from senior graduate students
(those who plan to complete the Ph.D. in the next 18 months) and Postdoctoral
Fellows.
Awards will normally be given to an
individual no more than once in their career at Berkeley. Graduate students
should enclose a short note from their advisor confirming their approximate
schedule for completion. A budget is not required.
Awards will be in the range of $10,000-$20,000.
